What Is The Child and Family Network Centers?
For more than 25 years, The Child and Family Network Centers has been working to prevent at-risk children from failing out of school. The CFNC belives that the success of students starts at a young age and therefore provides a free and fully accredited preschool for poverty stricken families in Northern Virginia. Currently over 200 children and families receive support from The Child and Family Network Centers throughout there six sites in Alexandria and Arlington.
CFNC'S Mission
"Our mission is to provide caring, high-quality free education and related services to at-risk children and families in their own neighborhoods to prepare and empower them for success in school and life."
Program Highlights
Aside from providing a full acccredited and free preschool education to families, CFNC also provides families with literacy and job training, health programs for the parents of students and other services to fully promote and support the values of a strong family.
